sign.yt

Signing pages that look like your company

Recipients see your logo, your colours and your name from the first email to the signed PDF. sign.yt stays in the background.

Your brand on every touchpoint

Upload a logo, set a brand name and a primary colour, and recipients see them on the signing page and on the public verification page of every signed document. The same settings flow into notification emails, together with your sender name and email footer. The login page also takes a favicon, a secondary colour and a short welcome text.

Pick one of four page themes: classic, minimal, dark or bold. Each theme works with your brand colour, adjusted where needed so text keeps readable contrast.

Recipients recognise who is asking them to sign, which builds trust and cuts the number of "is this phishing?" replies your team has to answer.

Different look for each team

Running several locations or brands inside one organization? Each team can override the logo, colours, theme and sender name. A document sent by a team shows that team's look on the signing page, on the verification page and in its emails, so a contract from your Warsaw office looks different from one sent in Kraków.

When you need consistency, an organization admin can lock team branding with one switch, and every team falls back to the organization look everywhere.

No platform badge on paid plans

On the Starter plan the login and organization pages show a small "Powered by sign.yt" note. From the Professional plan upward that note disappears, so the experience is fully yours. Combine it with a custom domain and recipients sign on your address, while sign.yt stays in the background.

Every signed document carries a QR code and a short link such as verify.sign.yt/k3Fq9ZxT2mPa7LwB to its public verification page. With the paid Full customization add-on, these links use your own domain as well.

Branding is resolved in one place, from team to organization to platform defaults, so emails, signing pages and verification pages stay consistent without anyone copying settings by hand.

Frequently asked questions

What can I customise?

Logo, brand name, primary colour, page theme, email sender name and email footer. The login page also takes a favicon, a secondary colour and a welcome text.

Which page themes can I choose?

Four: classic, minimal, dark and bold. The theme applies to the signing page and the public verification page.

Can each team have its own branding?

Yes. A team can override the logo, colours, theme and sender name. Its documents show that look on the signing page, the verification page and in emails, unless an admin locks team branding for the whole organization.

Does branding apply to emails as well?

Yes. Notification emails use the organization branding, or the team override when there is one, including the sender name and footer.

Where does "Powered by sign.yt" appear?

Only on the Starter plan, on the login and organization pages. Professional and higher plans remove it.

Where do verification links point?

By default to verify.sign.yt, a short address that opens the document's verification page in your branding. Verification links on your own domain are part of the paid Full customization add-on.
