Trust & legal

  • PAdES signatures

    Every signer gets a cryptographic PAdES signature in the PDF, plus a final platform seal and a certificate of completion. Any change after signing shows.

  • Public verification

    Each signed document carries a QR code and short link to a public check page. Masked names, signing dates, seal status and a file comparison.

  • Profil Zaufany and qualified signatures

    Let Polish signers use Profil Zaufany, e-dowód or mObywatel via Węzeł Podpisu, or sign with a qualified electronic signature from a trust service provider.

  • Audit trail

    Every action is logged in an append-only, hash-chained audit log. Signatures are chained per document and a certificate of completion is added to each PDF.

  • GDPR compliance

    Data export and erasure requests handled in the product, PDFs encrypted at rest with a separate key per organization, and strict tenant isolation.

Your brand

  • Custom domains

    Run e-signatures on your own domain, like sign.yourcompany.com. Point one CNAME record, we verify DNS and issue the TLS certificate automatically.

  • White-label branding

    Your logo, colours and one of four page themes on every signing page, verification page and email. Teams can have their own look, or you lock it.

  • Email delivery

    Send signing invitations through your own SMTP, Microsoft 365 (Graph API), Resend, Amazon SES or Mailgun account, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks.

Working with documents

  • SMS and email verification

    Confirm who is signing with a one-time code sent by email, by SMS, or both. Codes expire after 10 minutes and every check lands in the audit trail.

  • Mobile signing

    Recipients sign on their phone in a bottom sheet with a sticky action bar. Invites come from a named sender, with your own subject and message.

  • Document templates

    Save contracts as templates with signers and fields in place. Reuse them in seconds, swap the PDF when the wording changes, or share a public signing link.

  • Bulk send and campaigns

    Send one document to hundreds of people from a CSV file. Throttled delivery, pause and resume, reminders, CSV export and a public QR campaign mode.

  • Smart documents

    Generate contracts from templates with variables. Enter a NIP and company data fills in from GUS, the MF VAT white list and VIES, then send for signature.

    Create, send and track documents from your own software. Scoped API keys, HMAC-signed webhooks with automatic retries, and a versioned REST API.
