Most signers open the link on their phone
So the signing page is built for one thumb. And the email that brings them there comes from a real person, not from a no-reply robot.
A signing flow made for small screens
On a phone the PDF flows with the page, rendered sharp for the screen and re-fitted when the phone rotates. Tap a field, or the sticky bar at the bottom, and the signing controls open as a bottom sheet: draw or type the signature, fill the field, move on.
The bar always shows what is left to do, and it disappears when a document is expired or cancelled.
An invite from a person
The invite shows the sender by name, for example "Anna Nowak via sign.yt" or via your own brand name, and replies go straight to Anna instead of a no-reply box. The default subject says who asks for a signature and for which document.
Before sending you can change the subject and add a personal message. It works with the managed sender and with every email provider you connect.
Fewer "is this phishing?" questions
A familiar name, your brand and a message written for this one recipient make the email easy to trust. Recipients who have a question just press reply.
Frequently asked questions
Does the signer need an app?
No. Signing works in the phone's browser from the link in the email.
Where do replies to the invite go?
To the person who sent the document. The Reply-To header is set to the sender.
Can I write my own email text?
Yes. Edit the subject and add a personal message in the send dialog.
