Upload a PDF and place signature, date, text and checkbox fields, or turn a document you already sent into a template. Signer roles and field positions are saved with it.

Public links and QR codes
Turn on a public link for a template and anyone with the link can fill it in and sign, for example an onboarding form or a marketing consent. sign.yt also generates a QR code for the link, ready for a flyer or a reception desk.
A public link can be switched off at any time and can be limited by expiry date or number of uses. Each signed copy is a separate document with its own audit trail.

A starter catalog suggests roles, signing order, verification level and field layout for common documents in virtual offices, law firms, accounting, HR and GDPR. You upload your own PDF, the blueprint fills in the rest.

Fields placed for you
On request, sign.yt can analyse a page of your PDF and suggest where signature, date and text fields belong. You review the suggestion, adjust it and save.
Detection is optional and runs only when you ask for it. The final layout is always your decision, and you can move, resize or delete any suggested field before the document goes out to recipients.

Can I update a template without redoing the fields?
Yes. Replace the PDF and the existing field positions are kept.
Who can sign through a public link?
Anyone who has the link, as long as it is enabled. You can switch it off at any time.
Is automatic field detection always on?
No. It runs only when you click the button in the field editor.
