Prepare a CSV with email, name and phone, and sign.yt shows a preview before anything goes out. Each recipient gets a separate document, so one person's signature or refusal never blocks the others.
Typical uses are annual NDA refreshes, updated terms for all clients or a new consent for every tenant. The preview flags problems in the file, such as a missing email column, before anything is sent.
Sending at a safe pace
Campaigns are sent in the background at a per-organization rate shared with reminders, so a large list does not flood your mailbox or trip your provider's limits. You can pause, resume or cancel a running campaign at any time.
Sending is handled row by row, so even with several workers running nobody receives the same document twice.
Follow up without a spreadsheet
The campaign view shows who has signed and who has not. Send a reminder to everyone still pending, retry failed sends, and export the results to CSV or the evidence to JSON for your records.
For public campaigns you can also add a list of people you expect to sign and see at a glance who is still missing.
Public campaigns with a QR code
Need signatures from people you do not have on a list yet, for example event attendees or new tenants? A public campaign gives you a link and a QR code, and every visitor signs their own copy.
Each copy carries its own signatures, verification and audit trail, exactly like a document sent from a list.
